Gr5 ti6Al4V titanium plates made by hot rolling and cut to size according to customer's request. The surface of these plates are polished bright and cut by water cutting. As they would be further processed by client, the side surfaces kept water cutting surface to save cost as agreed with client.

Grade 5 titanium plate is also called Ti 6Al-4V or TA6V or Gr5 titanium plate. It is a kind of titanium alloy plates which made of Ti 6Al4V grade 5 titanium and with high tensile strength. It’s density is 4.5g/cm³. It’s quite lighter than steel but stronger and have better corrosion resistance. Thus, it has longer service life in many fields. Nowadays, more and more industries decided replace steel parts into grade 5 titanium, and the Ti 6Al4V grade 5 titanium plates are widely used for different applications, such as surgical implant parts, aircraft turbines, engine components, sports equipment, high-performance automatic parts, power generation, etc.

We have plenty stocks of some popular sizes Ti 6Al4V Grade 5 titanium plates which meet ASTM B265 requirements from thickness 0.8mm to 30mm. Thicker plates will be make to order. We are equipped with shearing machines, saw cutting machine, water cutting machine, linear cutting machines, so cut-to-size service is available. Smaller sizes titanium plates can be cut according to clients’ requested sizes.


In order to protect titanium plates’ surface and flatness, we will pack the titanium plates with plastic papers and then put them into standard export wooden box. Steel belt and angle iron will be used when boxes are too heavy and long. Strong and experienced package will avoid unexpected packing breaking during long time delivery and loading.
